In this role, Aleardi will be responsible for fueling Swrve’s customer experience strategy and guiding the company through its next stage of growth.
At Swrve, Aleardi will be responsible for maintaining and growing new revenue streams across key vertical markets and customer segments, including, banking, travel, sports, media, entertainment, emarketplaces, games and mobile first.

Prior to joining Swrve, Aleardi served as director of sales and customer success for IBM Watson. There, he was responsible for Watson’s go-to-market planning and execution, which included driving improvements in sales execution, customer acquisition, and engagement. He has more than a decade of experience fostering organizational growth by guiding sales and customer relationship strategies.
