Create and launch your campaigns seamlessly from within Journey Builder. That’s right—you no longer need to switch between platforms when adding a Swrve campaign activity to your campaign journey.
Multi-Page In-App Messages
Add Pages to your in-app message to create multi-page experiences that guide users through the information they need without the need for developer support. Develop an on-brand, extended messaging flow that is simple to create, edit, and manage—no app store submission required.
New Dedicated Developer Portal
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new dedicated developer portal. Learn how to leverage the power of Swrve to programmatically create customer experiences that are highly personal, contextual, and relevant. Use our recently expanded suite of APIs to create and manage your Swrve audiences, campaigns, reports, and more.
Accessibility Support for In-App Messaging
We have updated our accessibility support for in-app messages. Provide an alt text value to any image within your in-app messaging campaigns, which is then read aloud by the user’s device when selected—provided they have VoiceOver (iOS) or TalkBack (Android) screen readers enabled on their device.
Measure the value of your campaigns by comparing key metrics between users who are exposed to a campaign versus those who are not, using Swrve’s campaign-level holdouts. Apply a control group to specific campaigns and only target users who are eligible to receive that campaign, providing a more precise representation of campaign effectiveness.
