I’m delighted to welcome Converser to the Swrve family.

Most importantly, the Converser product, and the awesome team behind it, delivers superbly intuitive two-way conversations between marketer and mobile app user. These can take multiple forms: surveys, announcements, interactive video content - all delivered in the native mobile environment and as multi-step campaigns. Any marketer who sees the product in action is immediately aware of the almost infinite possibilities it affords.

I’m hugely excited about integrating these capabilities with Swrve’s targeting and segmentation capabilities - now informed by more than 6 billion user events a day. And I’m equally excited to be working with the Converser team, who I know will add a huge amount of industry experience to what is already a world-class mix of technical and market expertise.

I see 2015 as the year in which marketing - and mobile marketing in particular - definitively moves beyond getting people to the app and becomes a discipline concerned with integrating mobile apps into an omni-channel user experience. With today's acquisition of Converser, we’re set to continue our mission to make our customers the best mobile marketers on Earth.
