Swrve Rides Across Ireland in Support of Cycle Against Suicide

“It’s okay not to feel okay, and it’s absolutely okay to ask for help.”

It’s a simple, but powerful message that drives a dedicated group of cyclists to take part in a ten-day, cross-country trek across the island of Ireland. Cycle Against Suicide is a national awareness charity that strives to break down barriers around mental health through an annual cycling event, and the Swrve team is proud to support them.

In a bid to save lives, Cycle Against Suicide embarks on a challenge to change the culture in Ireland to be one that openly talks about suicide, enabling people to reach out and ask for help wherever, whenever it’s needed.

For the past four years, Swrve has joined this impressive campaign of up to 15,000 cyclists of different abilities, different stories, and different reasoning to raise awareness around mental health issues in Ireland. At Swrve, we believe in the message that “it’s okay not to feel okay, and it’s absolutely okay to ask for help” and are proud to don our orange jerseys and cycle through wind, hail, sunshine, and rain to bring this message to communities, schools, organizations, and individuals across Ireland.
