JW: What does being a leader mean to you? 

TR: Being a leader to me means having your actions stand on their own, having the courage to stand up for what is right and the guts to make hard decisions—all while checking your pride at the door.

JW: What's your professional superpower, and how did you discover it? 

TR: Futuring is my professional superpower. I close my eyes, envision what a scene should look like in a year or two, and then use that vision as a goal to back into with marketing programs and outcomes.

JW: What's your advice to young women today? 

TR: Don’t change anything about your amazing self. Pick your battles, stay in your lane and don’t ever compromise your integrity. And don’t forget to ask for what you want.
