2016 was another strong year for Swrve. Over the course of twelve months, we doubled our monthly recurring revenues (CMRR), even more importantly, we doubled our Annual Contract Value (ACV) bookings and tripled our average deal size.
In 2016, some of the world’s largest airlines, financial services, media and marketplace companies chose Swrve to power their mobile marketing. Our SDK has now been installed over 2.2 billion times and each day these apps send us over 10 billion events from which we deliver compelling and personalized mobile-first experiences.
Swrve has grown organically and by acquisition. Over the past two years we have completed two acquisitions—Converser to provide Swrve’s powerful two-way in-app messaging, and Adaptiv.io to connect Swrve data flows with enterprise systems and marketing clouds such as Salesforce and Oracle Marketing Cloud. The integration of both these companies into the Swrve platform is now complete and in production at massive scale.
With these integrations finalized, we are consolidating these ‘three businesses into one’ to better position Swrve for growth and profitability. We are simplifying our Engineering and G&A structure, focussing on running the business from three key offices in San Francisco, Dublin and London. Our global sales, services and support team are expanded, and Swrve continues to be well capitalized and on the road to profitability. We look forward to welcoming many of our current and prospective customers at Mobile World Congress at the end February and sharing our exciting product and partnership developments.
